Mood Trackers are great tools in getting an overstanding of our daily moods and behavior. This forces us to reflect back on our day, and by doing so helps in our own emotional and personal growth in life. Emotional growth and personal growth work together, as we cannot obtain one without first obtaining the other (it’s an energy dance).

So, in order to break free of the mood matrix, we must look for and spot patterns in our daily lives.

Tip:

Have your “Set Point” High (a good point to start is 7)

If you ever think about writing a 6 or below, I want you to REALLY examine your day in your mind.


Come on… Really?


You better have A GOOD reason to write a 6 or below.

This is a mind hack to reprogram the subconscious mind (Take this seriously)


Ok, so you wrote a 6 or below


Great! You are doing wonderful. As you have fully analyzed your day, and you know it deserves a 6 or below. This is not a bad thing; this is a good thing. Now you REALLY KNOW what it was that brought you down. NOW… You know what to work on moving forward. You now know what did not go good, and now are aware of making changes in the future.


This will gradually boost your self-esteem over time. This will boost your daily moods, and you will notice your own behaviors on more of a daily basis. You will gradually become more aware of your emotional intelligence start to grow, boosting you to higher states of being.
