Anxiety is horrible. Depression is horrible.
But going through both of them at the same time can be a nightmare that takes over and consumes our life. It creates a very intense Karma (action) that is very difficult to escape from, in some cases.

What is Depression?
Depression is negative emotions of the past
Suffering of Memory
What is Anxiety?
Anxiety is negative emotions of the future
Suffering of Imagination
Anxiety Depression, what is happening to us?
This is where our awareness inside our mind will jump from past to future, further in the future, and further in the past. It’s like a game of jump rope and pinball inside the mind.
Jumping from one area of the mind to pinging over to another area of the mind.
Always trying to make connections of things that are not real in our present life, and things that no longer serve us. It creates feelings of low self-esteem, which then spirals out of control to us over time. Basically, our brain is getting hijacked by false thoughts.
Let’s just call it what it actually is!
Our intellect is starting to turn against us!!!
It will only get worse, unless we take drastic action, to regain control of our mind and our intellect.
Paths to Heal
We must heal this, in order to take back control of our lives.
The inner energy is shot and needs to be redirected. There is a very high probability that you have your energy in too many directions at once. How we achieve getting our inner energy back in alignment is by Minimizing life down to the basics.
Focus on what is important to you
And only what is important to you in life. (Remember our life clock is limited – So Focus!)
Make Lists: Start getting comfortable making lists in your life. Start learning to throw things out of your life, and detach from the energy that no longer serves you in your current journey.
Detox your nervous system Create a daily meditation practice (prioritize to turn into a routine, until it becomes a habit)
Bring it back into your spine, and focus your awareness on the present area of the mind, the point between the eyebrows. When we start to slip, we just become aware of it and focus on bringing everything back into alignment again. Do this over and over, this takes practice. But over time it gets easier, and easier. One day you wake up and realize you have accomplished what you set your intent for. (Something to look forward to, with practice – fun practice)
