Today we will be discussing Positive Thinking. How Will This Create New Pathways?

That’s right, you cranky and grumpy people. Let’s help put a smile back on your face along your journey. (Stop glaring at me, right now – this is possible)
We first must start to understand the mind, before we can truly trust this positive thinking magical stuff. Because no way is, we going to Just Be Positive, unless we understand the reasons behind it, and where the vehicle of positivity will take us in the future.
Our mind is magnetic. It always gets pulled to the least path of resistance in our mind. How you ask? By the thoughts we have chosen to think over our lifetime. That becomes our truth, our Very Easy Truth, full of delusions and fake thoughts that no longer serve us. So, when we are negative, including to ourselves, and our self-esteem. That just becomes very easy to start thinking All the Time. Because that is the path we have carved out in our brain. Ewe… We carve out our brain?
Yes. Yes, we do.
With our thoughts.
Think of the mind as the Grand Canyon.
Think of our thoughts as water flowing through that Grand Canyon. It carves out deeper and deeper grooves over time. Making out thoughts continue to flow through that path, which then turns into repeated karma playing back, over and over and over again in our thoughts, and our life. That is, unless we consciously change it. and create new pathways.
How do we change it?
By changing our patterns in the way, we think, which will automatically change the way we speak, which will then magically transform our life. As things of magic start to manifest in our lives, with more and more ease over time. Life then starts to turn on us.
You know what else starts to turn on us?
Our Frown! (Beware of Smiles Ahead)
Right down a list of positive words you can start using within your day. Then start monitoring your own thoughts. Look for patterns within your thoughts and words. First look for patterns within your own self-reflection, then move on to thoughts and words you use towards other people in and around your life.
Put affirmations up on your walls, and around your living and working areas.
21 day no complaint challenge (yourself) - Put a bracelet on your right wrist. Each time you speak something negative, you must then take that bracelet off and put it on the other wrist. Your 21 days now starts over again. See how long it will actually take you in order to reach 21 days of zero complaints. It's more challenging than you think it maybe (if you are honest with yourself), but very much worth it. This challenge will shock you as of how much we are negative each day, and just how easy it is that we go straight to being negative (most of the times, not even realizing it)
Draw a line down the center of the page. On one side write down all your negative thoughts, words, and phrases you most commonly use. Then on the right side of the line, you will put the exact opposite, and spin it into positive and uplifting words and phrases.
This will be your go to sheet(s) in order to help you stay on track in your own reprogram of the subconscious mind journey.
Side Note: You Have to Push Through This
This is not going to be easy. You knuckleheads out there are going to get really sour over this at the beginning. It is a really hard pill to swallow at first. But you must do it. There is no other way, or faster way to truly heal the mind, and create a life that you truly deserve, and desire, unless you first start cleaning up your subconcious mind, and the words you cast out in spells in your day-to-day life.

Change our reality
Just stay conscious throughout the day. You will let a lot slip, and not realize it at first. This is normal, do not beat yourself up. But also, do not let yourself become lazy during this practice.
Be aware, and stay aware!
This is what will create new pathways of least resistance. So, go at this hard, and take very seriously. You are creating a new program in your life. You are carving out new pathways within the mind, of positivity. Remember our mind is magnetic and gets pulled very easily through the least path of resistance. So, when you notice your thoughts going to a negative area, just become aware of your awareness in your head, and concentrate on bringing that awareness back to the positive area of your mind. Then use your skills of focus and concentration, by keeping your awareness within the positive area of the mind.
Practice slowing down before you speak something out loud. First check to see where your awareness is in your mind, and the words it is surrounding, before casting spells out loud with our words we chose to use around ourselves, and others.
