The 5 T's to Get Out of a Head Trip

Trigger ---- Someone or Something has triggered you


Trip --- You recognize you are starting to head trip


Tell --- Tell signs come from within your body and you recognize this pattern


Turn --- Like a boat and slowly get out of it. 180 may be impossible, but just 1 degree and gradually turn from the situation that has caused your head to trip


Train --- Train yourself with predesigned strategies you have put into place.
