Stop Being Triggered: Take Control of Your Mind and Attract Abundance with This Simple Technique

Hello and welcome back to our blog. Today, we'll be talking about something that affects all of us in our daily lives: triggers.


As Nikola Tesla once said, "Everything is energy, frequency, and vibration." This includes our thoughts, emotions, and actions. Where we direct our awareness, energy will flow. Triggers are simply areas of the mind that we bring our awareness to repeatedly throughout the day, and they vibrate at a certain frequency.

The problem is that when we constantly feed these triggers with our energy, they grow over time. We become experts at being triggered because we've trained ourselves to focus on them.

So, how can we resolve our trigger issues? It's actually quite simple: we need to grab a hold of our awareness and move it to another area of our mind. As we've mentioned before, where awareness goes, energy flows.

It's important to remember that our triggers are our own responsibility. We can't blame them on anyone else. It's like having a garden - if we constantly water our triggers, they'll grow. But what happens to the areas of abundance, joy, and happiness when we neglect them? They wither away and die.

We are pure awareness traveling through our mind, and we're constantly carving out pathways. So, what's the easiest path of resistance? Our triggers. But is it time for us to pull out the weeds and focus on the areas that bring us abundance, joy, and happiness?

So, let's take control of our awareness and focus on the positive aspects of our lives. Let's not allow our triggers to control us anymore. Thank you for reading, and we'll see you in the next blog.
