Gastric is a common condition that may cause digestive symptoms and pain. Gastric refers to the inflammation of the stomach lining.


Foods for Support:

Leafy Green Vegetables: Cabbage, Kale, Spinach, and Arugula


Oily Fish: Salmon, Mackerel, Sardines


Nuts: Almonds, Walnuts, and Hazelnuts


Fruits: Strawberries, Blueberries, Cherries, and Raspberries


Olive Oil


Stomach Ulcers


A stomach ulcer is a sore on the lining of the esophagus or small intestine.


Stomach ulcers occur when the thick layer of mucus that protects your stomach from digestive juices is reduced. This allows the digestive acids to eat away at the tissues that line the stomach, causing an ulcer.



Foods for Support:

Apples, Pears, Oatmeal, Sweet Potato, Red Bell Pepper


Stay away from:

Milk, Alcohol, Fatty Foods, Spicy Foods, Citrus Fruits, Chocolate. and Caffeine
