Updated: Mar 25, 2022

Welcome Back to Keep Inspiration Alive

Today we will be discussing Love / Fear Realization. Are these our two core emotions?

I am Mr. Michael Adams

I am a depression and PTSD survivor

Former Addict of narcotics and alcohol

Borderline Atheist

Found God through a spiritual awakening

Fear, hate, anxiety, doubt, horror, jitters, suspicion, unease, anger

Love, tenderness, joy, bliss, ecstasy, happy, fondness, intimacy, excitement

These are a list of emotions from positive too negative. Whatever the emotion is we are carrying at the moment can be broken down to its core essence, or emotion of either love or fear.

This realization becomes a bit deep, when we pay close attention to our actions in life. Through the self-realization process, start to pay close attention to when you say “No” to things in your life.

Ask yourself why?

Why did I say no to that today? Was it justified for me to say no? Was that the right decision to make?

What emotion was I feeling the second before I responded with “No”?

Odds are your response was tied to some sort of fear. Not always. But wise to pay attention too.

Then start paying attention to your “Yes” responses as well, and really start to analyze it.

Why did you say “Yes”?

What emotion were you experiencing the second before you responded with a “Yes”?

Odds are it was based around a feeling of love.

Yin and Yang

Some times we say “Yes”, when we really mean “No”, and vice versa. This seems to be some sort of protective mechanism within us. Start paying close attention to those as well.

Ask yourself

Why? Why did I say that when I did not mean it?

If that exact same scenario pops up in my life again, how would I truthfully respond next time?

Play these out in your imagination. Visualize the entire interaction that led you to lie (so fast)

Odds are it was based around fear, and you were caught off guard. So, you appease the person by just agreeing.

Do not do this to yourself. Build up your own self confidence. It does not happen overnight, as it does need practice. So, Practice Love in your Daily Life.
