Depression.

It can come on very suddenly and can stop us in our tracks if we are not careful.

Signs to look for are:

Loss of appetite

Loss of energy

Overwhelming sadness

Crying spells

Thoughts of Death or Suicide (deeply thinking about it, even if for only moments)

Deep Sorrow / Heavy Heart Feeling

Depending on the root cause of these feelings, you must observe them and recognize them quickly. Once noticed, then that is the time to take action. Do not hesitate on this. If we dwell in our own sorrow. The heart will sink into the chemicals of despair. We must come out of this as quickly as possible.

If you are morning a death or a loss of someone close to you.

You need to go through a proper grieving process. Cut yourself some slack, and take some time to yourself. You need to process and heal. Mainly process first, so you can follow it up with proper healing after.

Random Depression

Shake it Off!

Shake it off fast!

This is created through chemicals in our bodies. Become aware of that, and accept that as truth. Do not over-analyze what is happening, or try to pin it on outside events.

No. This is happening all within us. Outside circumstances have very little to do with random depression (if at all).

This too shall pass.

It is a chemical being created in our gut and mind, that spreads like a title wave across our body. So let it and do not fight it. Let it wash over us, and not hold onto any of these false delusions that come with it.

When we let go, we regain control. So let go of random depression that comes and goes in our life. Because only if we choose to hang onto these feelings, will they stick to us. But if we learn to observe and surrender to the momentary experience, then we come right back into the moment, stronger and more aware each time. This builds character and develops a strong personality over time. We all must start somewhere. So let your somewhere start here.
