Take Control of Your Awareness: Manifest Your Every Desire!

Hey there, friends! Are you ready to take control of your awareness and manifest your every desire? Well, get ready, because I'm about to show you how.

First, let's talk about awareness. Who or what controls where your awareness goes? Is it your job? Your family? Your phone? Your thoughts?

If you're not careful, all of these things can take control of your awareness and leave you feeling drained and unfulfilled.

But it doesn't have to be that way. You can take back control of your awareness and start manifesting your every desire.

And it all starts with a simple exercise. Close your eyes and follow along.

  1. Notice your posture.

  2. Notice the chair you are sitting in.

  3. Notice the temperature in the room.

  4. Think back to your last vacation.

  5. Where were you?

  6. Was it fun?

  7. What was the highlight of your stay?

  8. Who was with you?

  9. Come back to the room you are in now.

  10. What noises do you hear?

  11. Check your posture.

  12. Are you sitting up straight or slouching?

  13. Are you breathing through your nose?

  14. Slowly, very slowly open your eyes.

Welcome back! What I just demonstrated to you is that there is a clear separation between your mind and your awareness. And when you take control of your awareness, you can manifest your every desire.

So, fill in the blank. I am not the body. I am not even the mind. I am pure ________.

What did you come up with? Drop a comment below and let me know.

Remember, you have the power to take back control of your awareness and manifest your every desire. So what are you waiting for? Let's do this!
