21 Day Meditation Challenge
Life gets challenging, and some of us build up stress throughout the day because of our daily challenges. When we build up stress, we build up cortisol in our body's system. This is not good for us mortals, as it shortens our life. Stress seems to be the underlying issue, that leads to many illnesses and deaths around the world. Meditation is vital to our health in body, mind, and soul.
Meditation is spoken about, all through history, and in just about all religious texts. Also, take a look at just about anyone in history. One thing that people who made history seem to have in common is meditation, from philosophers, scientists, physics, religions, faiths, etc. Do not just take this as truth. Question it for yourself. Find a hero or someone you admire in history. Find out if they meditated. Odds are, they probably did.
Meditation calms the mind. When we calm the mind, we calm the nervous system. When we calm the nervous system, we shift our worldviews. When we shift our worldviews, we shift our inner views. When we shift our inner views, things seem to just manifest with ease in life. It is almost as though God, or the Universe, opens up a VIP pass to the infinite abundance of and in life.
Meditation helps lower the veil of delusion and helps with self-love (which we all need). Meditation = Love
Trust the process of meditation, and you will start to trust the process of your own mortal life. Start to relax and take in more of your journey along your own life's timeline. We are only on this planet for a small time. Relax, and soak it in. We human "Beings" are here for a reason. Meditate
Just Be.
