I am Mr. Michael Adams

This applies to every aspect of your life. Let’s start with life. Let’s make some goals.
Depending on where you’re at in your own mind, and the actions you may or may not already taken. You want to stretch this out pretty far in life. But let’s start with the basics.
You Can Not Focus at All
Don’t worry, you will over time. You will get better at it, I promise you. You just need to take constant baby steps Daily. That’s all. No big deal.
For all, you scatterbrains out there. Let’s make this very simple.
Tonight, at some point – Grab a notebook – fresh
Keep it somewhere close to where you usually sit in your home or at work
Write down only 3 things that you need to get done tomorrow. On that list of 3, target the one big domino.
What is the big domino you may ask?
Glad you ask me that.
The one big domino is…
The days get hectic. So, find the one thing, that if you get done, it will help you advance the most.
How do you identify the one big domino? Usually, by looking at the list, and identifying the one you Least Want to Do.
Yeah, do that one first.
We usually put off the things that are most important. Don’t let it intimidate you.
Imagine a world, where you knocked out all the hard things in your life, that holds you back.
Imagine a world clutter-free, mental and physical
Imagine a world of a mind working inflow and with ease
Just imagine.
Your closer than you think you are.
People who kind of have it together in life (just a little bit), but are aware you need more work on focus and concentration.
Now we are going to branch this out for the week. What things can you identify that really need to be worked on in life and or your business. Identify marker points.
How long will each thing take to get done?
Try not to overdo it with too many things to do. You will overwhelm yourself and start to go into self-sabotage mode.
People who really got it together, but lack structure to their business, dreams, life, and visions.
STOP!!!
JUST STOP!!!
Take a pause for your cause.
What is my cause you may ask?
Well… You will need to dive deep into this one.
Sit, and meditate on this.
What do you want to achieve by the end of your life?
Visualize your death bed. You laying on your final week, and reflecting back on your life.
This is where many people go into despair at the end of their journey. Because they come to realize that they were afraid to take action. Don’t let this be you. Please do not let this be you.
End of life Goals.
What will make you look back and think “Wow, I can not believe I actually pulled that off”?
Dream, so big that you do not even think it is possible. (Everything is possible – what you focus on grows)
Now break that down to 20 years in the future. What does that look like to you?
How about 10 years down the road in the future?
5 years.
3 years
1 year 9 - 6 & 3 months Next month?
Break it down and reverse engineer your life and vision.
If you can visualize it, you can make it a reality.
It’s all within the details.
Get to visualizing.
You can do this. But you must believe in your vision. It must be something much larger than you to pull you towards achieving your goal. Trust the process and more importantly trust yourself. It comes to one's who hold patients.
